A lot goes into the property before the staging can even begin. For any given project we happily provide a property 'facelift' consultation. This often includes specifying wall & floor finishes, countertops, selecting lighting and hardware and many other details. We also have a licensed architect on our team who can help with drafting drawings and construction plans and handle the permitting process.
