Home Renovations

 

Homeowners, as well as their agents, understand that for the property to perform well when it enters the market it has to look stunning and has to be fully functional. This often means several cosmetic updates - from new or refinished floors to paint, from new countertops to updated lighting fixtures and appliances, from external power washing to yard work - the list of improvement works can be extensive.

We recognize that not everyone has the bandwidth to deal with this process that requires getting multiple estimates, scheduling and supervising contractors, purchasing materials, liaising with local authorities, HOAs, and so on.

Luckily, we got you covered! We’re now a ONE-STOP-SHOP FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS & STAGING. We’ll walk through your property and identify areas needing attention. From our pool of contractors, we’ll get the right people in, and once the scope of work and budget are agreed, our Project Manager will handle it from there. We’ll specify and procure materials and fixtures and will work with selected trade professionals on achieving your selling goals.
