WHAT IS NOTABLE FINANCE

In short, Notable Home offers easy financing, deferred until closing (or up to 12 months). The loan provided is an unsecured personal line of credit up to $75K. Sellers can use as much or as little of the amount they’ve been approved for. The funds are flexible and can be used for anything from moving or storage, to painting, landscaping or new light fixtures, to cleaning and staging. The sellers pay on average 1% a month in interest. The seller’s FICO score should be 680 and higher, and they should be working with a listing agent.

 

HOW IT WORKS

    Submit basic information about you and your property. This will not impact your credit score.

  2. Access funds

    You are able to access your funds immediately upon approval. Managing your funds is easy through a secure online portal.

  3. Repay at closing

    Once the sale closes, funds are repaid from proceeds.
